Deposit and Payment Policy for Optional Tours and Shows
Island Tours & Adventure Tours:
A 50% deposit of the total price is required at the time of booking.
The remaining 50% balance must be paid in cash on the day of the tour.
Shows (Fantasea Show, Simon Cabaret Show, Siam Niramit Show):
Full payment is required before the date of service to confirm your booking.
Step 1: Deposit Payment to Guarantee Your Booking
To secure your seats and guarantee availability, a deposit payment is required at the time of booking. Our optional tours have limited capacity for passengers and seats. Bookings are confirmed based on our "first pay, first confirmed" policy. Only guests who have completed the deposit payment will have their bookings guaranteed.
Step 2: Confirmation of Your Booking
Once we have received your deposit payment, we will process your booking and send you a confirmation tour voucher via email within 24 hours.
Step 3: Present Your Confirmation Voucher
Please print out the confirmation tour voucher(s) and present them to the driver or tour guide on the day of your tour to access the service.
Booking and Payment Terms
Currency and Rates: All rates are quoted in Thai Baht (THB).
Rates are inclusive of 7% VAT, 10% service charges, and 3% local tax charges.
Child Policy:
Children aged 12 years and older are considered as adults.
Deposit and Payment Policy:
Tours without Accommodation: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining 50% balance payable in cash on the date of the service.
Tour Packages with Accommodation: A 70% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining 30% balance payable in cash upon arrival.
Show Bookings (Fantasea Show, Simon Cabaret Show, Siam Niramit Show): Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Booking Confirmation:
All bookings must be confirmed through email, official letter, tour voucher, or fax.
No guarantees will be provided for bookings made via phone, chat applications (e.g., WhatsApp, Line, etc.) or other messaging platforms.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Tour Packages with Accommodation
Peak Season (1 December - 31 January, Chinese New Year, Thai New Year):
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to check-in: No charges apply.
Refunds will be subject to bank fees, depending on the banks policy.
High Season (1 October - 30 November, 1 February 30 April):
Cancellations made 7-14 days prior to check-in: Charged 50% of the total amount.
Green Season (1 May - 30 September):
Cancellations made within 10 days prior to check-in: Charged 50% of the total amount.
Short-Notice Cancellations (All Seasons):
Cancellations made 6 days prior to check-in: Charged 100% of the total amount.
Note: Cancellation and refund policies are subject to changes based on the hotels individual policies.
Tour Options Without Accommodation
Cancellations Prior to Service Date:
7-15 days before service: Charged 5% of the deposit payment.
3-6 days before service: Charged 50% of the total price.
1-2 days before service: Charged 100% of the total price.
No-Shows:
Charged 100% of the deposit payment.
